When the crew of the Enterprise is called back home, they find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization has detonated the fleet and everything it stands for, leaving Earth in chaos. In defiance of regulations and with a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads his crew on a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture an unstoppable force of destruction and bring those responsible to justice.
As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.
On "Star Trek Into Darkness", I had two roles. The first was to track a difficult camera move that followed Spock around a wall whilst dragging a wounded Star Fleet Officer. This was challenging not only because of was the fast move, but the change of lighting within the scene. I was also responsible for texturing & shading some of the background ships. I also created alternate texture maps for various emergency vehicles, as well as placing lights on many of the ships I worked on.
